Me too, Once when i wanted 2 go in, i was told i needed 2 dress casually , and brin g about 200Dollars just 2 go in burj and have after noon Tea ....
I was supposed 2 go later on, but time got the better of me, but i am goin bak 2 dubai in a months time and will definitely go in this time..Will post pics wen im bak....

Well shonguiz, it depends from where u flyin from, im from south africa and the dubai currency is stronger by 2:1, if u an american or british, dubai is a bargain...

Accomodation is vverrryy expensive, thats why i go in summer as there are cheap packages.....Clohin at the flea markets , perfume and carpetry is very cheap.....gold is also vvverryy cheap, dimaonds and silver expensive....Food at hotels and mall areexpensive..

Tip: dont buy anytin at the big malls, they way expensive, go to the markets or souks as they are called...

Yup, I enjoyed my trip, but it was too short. I was there only for about 3 to 4 days, I didn't get to enjoy doing more exotic things like trekking the sand dunes with a SUV or something. My family mainly just did shopping.
