Hi Rob,
You're welcome.
Doing good, last week I went to the local unveiling of the Porsche Panamera! Much better looking in RL than in pictures How are you doing? Members been asking for you over at GCF.. You may not be able to view those threads as guest since they are not on public sections. You should check it out when you get a chance; by now you must have thousands of new posts since your last login Hope everything is well in NZ.

Will you get one of these new Apple magic mouses? I'll get one for myself the next time I stop by the local store; the last couple generations of Apple mouses (re: mighty mouse (wired and wireless), the classic one with only one button, etc) have not been very successful, at least for my daily use... I currently use a couple of Logitech and Dell mouses (the Dell one is plugged to my Mac), portable Logitech wireless plugged to my (soon to retire) Dell laptop

I like the Panamera too. They are in Porsche showrooms now so I must take a closer look soon.

I'm very well thank you -- well actually, I have a heavy cold right now but apart from that I'm good

I made some good friends at GCF ...I respect them very much. It means a lot to me that they would ask about me.

I find it very difficult to walk away from things I care about. Leaving GCF was not something I did lightly, believe me, it caused me a lot of anxiety, but I thought it was the wisest thing to do under the circumstances.

I can be very idealistic and too critical at times -- it is unfortunate that I upset some people. My concerns were always sincere and well meaning -- it annoyed me that they were often dismissed as "bellyaching". Of course I know I overreacted a few times ...but I was often quite frustrated by the response I got.

When you informed me 3 or 4 people were threatening to quit because of me, I felt terrible.

I did learn a lot from the whole experience though. People can be difficult to communicate with, which can lead to all kinds of misunderstandings.

I haven't thought about getting one of these mouses ...but now that you mention it, maybe
I don't use a Mac. I did own a Mac in the 1990s but switched to a PC -- not for any particular reason.

Speaking of mouses (do we call them mice?), I have broken several of them. They just stop functioning properly LOL. Right now I have a wired Logitch and a wireless Microsoft Mouse on standby

I might get a Mac for my next computer ...I was thinking about getting a Sony Vaio ...but a MacBook might be a better choice. I'll think about it.

It is very nice to talk with you again.

I got this mouse with my new imac..
Its simply great

But its small and sleek..so you need to get used to it..
But when you do..i think it will be hard to work with a normal one

I just got a 27 inch iMac for my home office and I find the new mouse impossible to use for day to tasks such as checking email and writing documents etc. I changed back to me logitech mouse. The new iMac is amazing might I add. The screen is near perfect!
