| HB, Mark! ... What we ate today? Roasted chicken breasts stuffed with mustard-butter-sage cream, wrapped in prosciutto slices. Sauteed potato with onion & kale. Llettuce salad with croutons & vinaigrette dressing with pumpkin seed oil. Wine: Cabarnet Sauvignon. Orange mousse for desert. Tomorrow: Buckwheat porridge with roasted mushrooms & onion. Cucumber salad with French dressing. Wine: Pinot Blanc. Home-made blueberry ice cream for desert. Sunday: Barbecue day with family ... chicken breasts, pork chops, shish kebeb, cevapcici, cheese, zucchinis, aubergines, mushrooms, chicory, asparagus, patatos etc. Fresh tomatoes, onions, peppers, mustard, ajvar. Home- made bread. Beer. Fruit salad for desert. Monday: Pizza in a local pizzeria where my lady & I first met 7 years ago ... we go there every year to celebrate that happy event  |
