| Re: Chocoholics? OH! My name is Tine, and I'm an incurable chocoholic!  Rich alpine milk chocolate, choco pralines, choco mousse, choco truffles, hot chocolate (best with cognac, or brown rum), chops of dried fruit (apples, oranges, apricots, grapes, pears & figs) dressed in dark or milk chocolate ... But the best of the best thing is a dark chocolate (at least 70%) in any form ... especially with herbs & spices (eg. red pepper, green pepper, ginger, tarragon, juniper, peppermint, ..., and a 62% dark chocolate with big crystals / grains of virgin sea salt.  And again - the best combination ever: Edammer cheese + plain dark chocolate + dried green pepper + red wine (Refosk , Cabarnet Sauvignon or Teran) . Or ... choco mousse with kraski prsut. Heaven on Earth!  |

| Re: Chocoholics? Hmmm, I don't think I'm a chocoholic.  I eat chocolate quite rarely. There are still some I like, for example some swiss chocolates and I guess After Eight isn't bad either. |

| Re: Chocoholics? I love chocolade!! The best one is still the "normal" chocolade without any nuts, chilli, orange etc... I like to enjoy my chocolade with a glas of (port) wine or with an espresso. I also love mousse au chocolade...  |
