Happy Thanksgiving. or as the text message my mom got from my aunt "Harry Thanksgiving"

Turkey is in the oven, and everything should be good to go at around 3:30-4:00pm.

Slept through most of the parade, but yes the singing was not very good.

My uncle did call my dad and talked to him for a while. Harry/Happy... samething. ish.

WARNING: be careful when blowing out the candles. When my dad's aunt left my mom blew out half the candles on the table at once. I wanted to do the same... wax on the face is not fun...

Turkey lasagna, hmmm okay

Or is it just you are making lasagna and then dealing with the leftovers.

Other options:
- turkey "carpaccio" (roasted turkey slices with herbs etc)
- sandwiches with turkey meat
- meatballs or lasagna from ground turkey leftovers
- salads with turkey chops
