I'm using the turkey meat in the lasagna.

We brined it nicely this time, so it does not have that gamey flavor, ideal to use in a lasagna with a good tomato sauce:



The festivities and relatives/ friends continues .

Menu for tomorrow evening is roasted leg of lamb

No problemo!

My neighbor, the one we spent Thanksgiving with and who had also made a full turkey,

stopped by to return my plates, trays and such, and brought more TURKEY! LOL

It was late so we made some awesome sandwiches with freshly baked baguettes and freshly made aioli

So.. you guys still hungry?
