I've been getting a lot less lately because of Dead week and Finals, this past week I have probably averaged 2 hours of sleep a night. The weekends really depend on what I am doing, If I am partying It depends on when I pass out, and if I have to work the next day. Usually though I try to get at least 12-14 hours of sleep on the weekends. Naps though are key, I love them. Usually right about 3PM take a nice two-three hour nap. |

During the weekdays I get anything from 4-6 hours. It varies from 3am to 7am or from 4am to 10am. The weekend is for sleep, I get about 9 to 11 hours of it. Now I am on holiday so I sleep at 4am and wake up at 1pm. Can you call that a sleeping pattern? | ||

I can't take naps during the week, but I do get 15 min 'catnaps' on weekends Although I'm not a mess, I would really like to get more sleep! ooooo! tornado watch (and extreme wind) is over! maybe I can get some zzzzzzzz's now Last edited by The Diva; 12-16-2007 at 07:57 AM.
