On average, how long do you sleep on a weekday? A weekend?

On week days, I get an average of 8 1/2 hours (wake at: 4:30am; sleep at 7:30pm). On weekends, it's more or less the same, though I go to sleep anywhere from 8:00 to 9:00.

This semester probably about 5hours on average.

Usually go to bed around 2-3AM and wake up at 7AM.

I've been getting a lot less lately because of Dead week and Finals, this past week I have probably averaged 2 hours of sleep a night.

The weekends really depend on what I am doing, If I am partying It depends on when I pass out, and if I have to work the next day. Usually though I try to get at least 12-14 hours of sleep on the weekends.

Naps though are key, I love them. Usually right about 3PM take a nice two-three hour nap.

In the summer 7-9 hours and in the winter 9-12 hours a night. No naps, ever.

Sounds like my kind of sleeping. I too, never take naps.

If I don't get at least 7 hours of sleep in a night, I'm most likely a horrible wreck the next day.

How the hell do you manage to sleep so early and get up so early? In summer, the sun don't set before 8pm.

Yeah same, if I don't get at least 7 hours of sleep a night, I will be very pissed off and swear a lot the next day, and my brain will be completely shut down.

During the weekdays I get anything from 4-6 hours. It varies from 3am to 7am or from 4am to 10am. The weekend is for sleep, I get about 9 to 11 hours of it. Now I am on holiday so I sleep at 4am and wake up at 1pm. Can you call that a sleeping pattern?

Well, I should mention that those are my winter sleeping patterns; thus obviously meaning that it's already dark when I go to sleep. Though, my summer sleeping patterns aren't all that different.

In any event, I've trained myself. Mind you, the fact that I don't watch television (or have a girlfriend...ouch) means that I little reason to stay up into the wee hours.

Weekdays about 8-9 hours. And on weekend 10-15, depending on the amount of fun I've had.

I have none! I'll sleep 8 hours max on weekends,

2-5 during the week and suffer insomnia from time to time.

I can't take naps during the week, but I do get 15 min 'catnaps' on weekends



Although I'm not a mess, I would really like to get more sleep!

ooooo! tornado watch (and extreme wind) is over! maybe I can get some zzzzzzzz's now
