Isn't that a bit strange for someone from Germany???? I thought you guys still had that whole WWII complex and whatnot...

Anyways, I have a cool scale model that BMW gave me with the 6er!

Historical Fact: Most people in the German Army weren't Nazis or members of the Nazi party. The same applies to members of the Luftwaffe or Kriegsmarine.

So technically, my regular German Army 1:35th scale soldiers aren't Nazis.

Plus, I never looked at it from the "Nazi POV". Building airplanes, tanks and soldiers was always a hobby of mine, a passion. I looked at it merely from that POV. You'd be amazed to find that there are many hobby-building military figure enthusiasts overhere.

I've also got a Kyosho Countach LP500 (red), surely one of the best models I own. The detail really is amazing, but I found some of their models to be overly fragile.

P.S. - Check out my CMC SLR

Re: Model Collections

Thanks mate, just a few questions, how detailed is the engine bay, and how easily does the white strip come off, cause i can see a little bit of it had came off at the back. Do you have a photo of the engine bay? i hope i am not asking too much

Sadly I do not have any other pictures, but I can answer your questions

1. When I bought this model it had the white strip peeling off the rear end, factory default I suppose, I would imagine it wouldn't be that hard to peel the entire thing off

2. The engine bay in the GT model is a little bit..characterless, I mean the real Ford GT doesn't really have the most interesting engine bay but I do think they could have done better (some of the parts look a bit plastic) One thing that pisses me off about the engine bay, on my model it refuses to stay up, it did at one time..

However if you love the Ford GT this is a great model to have
