| Re: Villa Amista I honestly don't have with crazy shapes and the likes but this hotel just seems to be a very bad blend of contemporary and tradition put together. The exterior is really old school with the split stairs and the rather sublime colour and then once you enter the hotel its all bright and in your face. I wouldn't have minded it if they had stuck to the same theme for the exterior as well. Also, I didn't like the furniture much as well even though I love contemporary and artsy stuff. They just seem to have picked what everyone knows and consider to be contemporary and then seem to have chosen the brightest and most different colours of the bunch. That does not a contemporary interior maketh.

| Re: Villa Amista Some good points GrimReaper. This is a successful interior design I think.      This is the Faena Hotel in Buenos Aires. created by French designer Philippe Starck.           This is the beautiful Hotel du Palais in Biarritz.       This is the wonderful Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat.          The Grand Hotel du Cap Ferrat also has a private villa, Villa Rose Pierre    Also, check out this hotel in New York. The Hudson designed by Philippe Starck.

| Re: Villa Amista That glittery couch is the same as the red one in the lobby of villa amista. It's very cool but I'm unsure it's supposed to be used in homes. As for the other furnitures you posted I'll take a set of 6 black chairs and a matching dinning table in white.  Thank for the links as well.
