Mike that could be something like this, just that the road camera is much worse so it can't capture it in right way:

About angels, I agree with what Germaniac said!

Re: Angels. Do they exist?

It's 2007 and people still willfully mistake artifacts in photographs as Angels, Ghosts, Shadow People...

And I'm sure we'll continue to do so 100 years from now.

Yeah, here's one...

Oops, I see what you mean

I'm not going to say I don't believe in them, but from the pictures already posted, I simply believe they are random spots of light.

Re: Angels. Do they exist?

The header photo is a silly one. Looks like a ps of some sort.

I don`t think you could expect a positive or intellectual responce without some type of study on angels and their order.

Re: Angels. Do they exist?

I don't really believe in Angels. But I see no reason for Angels not to exist, either. I don't think that something doesn't exist, only because we can't see or feel or detect it. We can't see germs or atoms, but they exist. Why not Angels, or creatures similar to them?

We are very limited by our 5 senses, by our recent science, and our brain.

We can't imagine something we did not saw before (see the Martians we imagine).
We can't understand what "infinite" means.
We are totally unable to think to something that does not follow the cause-consequence rule (who created the universe? If there was nothing, how can suddenly be something? What was before the so-called Big Bang?).
We have no idea of what Death really is, yet every experience on people that where dead but were revived by science showed that there is light, or at least something, it seems not to be just like a dreamless sleep.

So honestly, why no Angels? Why only physical creatures? In the same way, why no Aliens? It always makes me laugh when scientists say, no water no life... Well, no life based on carbon, maybe... But it does not mean, "nothing"!

Therefore, I don't believe in Angles, ectoplasms, Gods or Martians. But I don't don't believe in them either. And I'm sure there are a lot of things we have no idea about. Physic can't explain or understand everything. But I don't think a camera is a way of seeing these theings, so all these pics are probably fakes and PS...

There is a quote of Hamlet I am particularly fond of:
"There are more things in Heaven and earth, Horatio,
Than are dreamt of in your philosophy".

Re: Angels. Do they exist?

When my Grandmother was a young girl, she was very ill, in fact she nearly died.

Something she vividly remembers was seeing three triangle shaped lights in her room .....and after that she got better. She always called those lights her angels.

Interestingly, a few years ago I was reading Whitley Strieber's book 'Communion', I was intrigued to read about other people seeing triangular lights in their rooms at night. This was exactly what my grandmother saw as a child in the 1930s.

I don't know what to believe, but I do think people experience some strange things.

Re: Angels. Do they exist?

As for the header pic to this thread.... Ever hear of a 'sundog?' That would be the beam of light that is created by say the sun reflecting off your watch. You may have used these as a child to annoy your sibling(s).

If you look closely at the pic you can see a pillar to the left that the beam of light is obviously wrapped around. And the angle of the sun entering the window could and would most likely reflect off an object and appear in that location.

Its a church and someone with an angel shaped item would not be uncommon.

I am a firm believer in Angels, but the sheer fact that it appears in the feminine form suggests its a fabrication. The bible clearly says "... they shall be as the angels in heaven, neither male nor female."
