something stops me from buying a MB cap or jacket..
its not about the design..cause some items are real hot..
but its just something wierd about wearing a car brand..

does anyone share my feelings on this?
Count me in. When it comes to car manufacturer clothing, I too have never felt comfortable wearing a car brand-product.

Lol, I've already had some.
I've had some bad experiences with 70% Absinth so I'm careful and know what I'm doing, trust me

I'm with ya Kashef. I used to have a Pagani cap and used to wear it at car events, but otherwise never.

It's high quality, good looking, feeling comfortable in it and most important - casual! 'Cause i'm that type of guy.

yeah i knew that you wear BMW stuff..
nothing wrong with that though..
but like i said i would never feel comfortable.. and a couple of dudes agree with me..
but you keep on doing your thing

Re: Share Your Latest Purchase

wearing brand names as a statement does not bother me!

I have band name shirts: U2, Pink Floyd etc

I also have Mercedes and BMW gear!

BMW has a whole line of Susan G.Komen foundation products ( you know the breast cancer foundation that does the drive for the cure event every year)

Provided logos are in displayed in tastefull manner I'll wear the gear.

On the other hand.... T-shirts that read "CHANNEL" or GUCCI" in large fonts... that's another story.

Re: Share Your Latest Purchase

Artist and band t-shirts are usually okay for me. A typical band tee is usually dark with some art stuff on it, and with that I usually wear an open hood or similar shirt over it and it looks quite good.
Just casual.

On a sidenote, I could never wear Iron Maiden, or tee's from a band like that. They're too assosciated with unstylish people. It has to be a cooler or more unknown band. Pink Floyd is a perfect example of a good wearable tee, for me that is.

Re: Share Your Latest Purchase

Since I'm all miserable due to my frontal upper teeth extraction I've reacted in a typical consumerism way, and treated myself with ... another pair of shoes.
This time casual ones ... Skechers ones:

And ... since my lady is constantly using my iPod Mini (her died), I also treated myself with the following gizmos:

A little kid inside of me is still alive & kicking.

Still waiting in my shopping cart to be purchased (or given to me as a birthday present):

OMG, I'm turning into consumerism whore.
