Try this smoothie, it will make you forget about food ( and everything else)

Mix a whole banana, an orange, and 3Tbls of honey in a blender with 1/2 cup of condensed milk and an OZ of Grand Marnier.

Thanks for asking.

The pain is gone ... I'm off the pain-killers finally.
Still on antibiotics ... for a few more days.

I have some food alternatives (thanks God for the protein shakes & melted ice cream! ) available.

Regarding your smoothie recipe: sounds delicious but unfortunately I'm not allowed to consume any alcohol right now.

Also I prefer the following smoothies / shakes:

a) bananas + milk + few spoons of plain yogurt + cinnamon powder + vanilla flavored sugar + dark rum

b) milk + cream + cacao powder + oranges ("de-pipped") + Cointreau (which a prefer over the Grand Mariner )



But I'm going to try yours as well when being allowed to consume alco again.
