 | James Bond Quantum Of Solace  Just been to see the new Bond film the "12" version, the cut down, shortened scenes softer version due to the 18 only being shown on DVD  It's not a proper Bond film anymore, Bonds car is constantly getting destroyed  No gadgets at all, hardly any sexy women and the polt isn't very good quite hard to follow.As a overall film it was good hopefully the next Bond film will be a propper bond film  |

| Re: James Bond Quantum Of Solace I don't like this new style, makes Bond look cheap with all the Fords I enjoyed Casino Royal it had a good plot, but was the same again not enough Bond it's starting to lean more towards just action where as it's suppose to be a spy action And WHY DO THEY KEEP DESTROYING HIS CARS!!! The DBS should have rockets, guns, gadgets in the glove box and buttons in the gear lever  Oh also bullet proof so they car is not killed. Talking about his DBS at the start he is being chased by two Alfas and not pulling away at all |

| Re: James Bond Quantum Of Solace Haven't seen this one yet, but I'm really not convinced by Craig's portrayal of Bond. I mean, Casino Royale was a decent film, but I don't think it was "Bond" enough... he seems to have lost the unique character which makes these movies special. Of course it was better (even all respects) than Die Another Day which came before it, but that's really not much of an accomplishment, is it? |

| Re: James Bond Quantum Of Solace Ouch, does seem like this movie won't stack up to my expectations! And I wouldn't focus so much on what's "Bond" and what's not. James Bond is a spy, a psychotic killing machine. The old bonds were pussies. The old movies were entertaining but it just didn't work in my opinion. Craig is hardcore, and a real Spy. The way it's supposed to be.  |
