Secret bad habits ....either personal ones or by people you know.



I have a really really bad habit of breaking my fingernails when I am finding it difficult to sleep. I don't even do it consciously. As a consequence, my fingernails often look very messy -- it can be embarrassing in some situations.

I cross my legs while working ( sitting) which is VERY bad for circulation.

I bite my lips, not enough to tear skin or cause damage, but enough to get lipstick smudged ( if I'm wearing any)

and the worst...I put on my shoes before my clothes, it's because that's how I decide my outfits , retarded.. isn't it?

ROB: try putting hot sauce on your nails, it helps

Humm only one I can think of is I bounce my leg up and down when I'm sat in class Oh and also i tap with my fingers in class (when I'm bored)

Thanks for the tip Diva ...but I don't actually bite them ...I break them with my other nails (on my opposite hand). I don't do it all the time but it is a problem.

Another bad habit I have is when I make myself a cup of tea -- if I am using a tea bag I always smell the tea bag before I put it in the cup -- I do this automatically without thinking about it. But please note, I never do this when I am making tea for anyone other than myself -- I am actually quite obsessive about hygiene.

On the topic of food (well you get the point) If I'm using my fingers to eat anything I ALWAYS wipe my fingers before i pick another item of food up, I dunno why I do it , it's weird

My biggest secret bad habit would be that I tend to leave things lying around the house. In other words, I can be pretty lazy....Lol!
