General Photo Comp #136
Rules:

The entered picture must be taken by YOU and not just found on the net.
Only one photograph per person and per weekly contest allowed
You may NOT change your photograph once it has been entered.
There are 5 days to submit your photograph, a poll will be created after five days for people to vote on. (Voting from Friday morning to Monday morning, then a new thread will be created Monday morning for entry)
Your image must be a resolution of 1024*768 or lower. If it is not, your picture will not be in the voting thread.
Each photographer cannot vote for their own photo, they must vote for others
The picture should get submitted with: A Title, the date, and the type of camera.
Levels, Curves, Colour Balance, Brightness/Contrast, Hue/Saturation, cropping, or anything else capable in the development process or with filters and common special lenses are allowed to use in Photoshop or other image editing softwares. Other adjustments and effects (Color Selective - pending) are not allowed to use in your picture.

I was just walking by when I noticed a group of people gathered on a side street. It grabbed my attention so I went to see what was going on. When I got there, a fire hydrant was spouting water and the people around it looked a bit surprised but at the same time amused. It seemed like a funny incident in the Sunday afternoon.
There was this one guy who put his hand in front of the hose connection to create pressure so that the water sprayed even further, even on the police car that was just arriving at the precinct (in the background). The police officers didn't mind and just laughed as did the children. It was such a funny moment so I grabbed my camera and took this shot.
