I like how CaleDeRoo's photo focuses on the essential. The blackground is black so that you concentrate on the object. The fact that it's in B&W further enhances this effect, it might not work so well in color. I also like the position of the earphones and the "macro-zoom effect" (by that I mean that the object in the front is sharp while the background is blurry). Your photo gets my vote this week.
